Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.
International Shipping
For our international customers:
- All packages are marked with the appropriate customs declarations
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international returns
Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- In the original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable” at purchase.
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with the original packing slip or order confirmation

- Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Purchase price minus any original shipping costs (unless due to our error)
