Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging where possible

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable” at purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the purchase price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or color? Our exchange process is simple:

  1. Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item.
  2. If your requested exchange item is available, we’ll ship it as soon as we process your return.
  3. If your exchange item isn’t available, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Duties and taxes will be refunded if applicable
