  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing)
Most European orders arrive within 7-10 days with standard shipping!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally because great style knows no borders. However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our Nottingham warehouse. All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Why is my tracking information not updating?
Carrier systems sometimes take 24-48 hours to show updates after dispatch. If it’s been longer, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate your return.

Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions. For fastest processing, include photos of the items in their original condition.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. For a different size or color, simply return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible!
